Included in Parr/Badger vol.3. Wonderful document of Ishikawa’s (Hot Day’s in Camp Hansen) trip to Philadelphia in 1986 to visit a G.I. friend she met whilst working in a bar in Okinawa back in the 60s. Captures the raw chaotic life, poverty and fun of 80s Philly in a way that’s very natural and unintrusive. Really more of a personal photo album that a documentary.
