Excellent post punk/new wave magazine with a Belgian twist. I know of hardly any of the people involves, except people that did belgian record sleeves or had a one hit wonder synth-pop hits, which is what you want really. Dig deeper and a few familiar names pop up (if you’re in to belgian new wave stuff), but on the whole its unfamiliar territory.
