Number 3 in the camera mainichi series and one of the most important and heavily cited japanese photobooks of the twentieth century. In Ryuichi Kaneko, Ivan Vartanian, Japanese Photobooks of the 1960s and 1970s, page 174-177; Alessandro Bertolotti, Books of Nudes. Puzzling, surreal, slightly hippyish nudes and scenes shot through with a melancholic beauty. This is the first issue, not to be confused with the smaller and more robust 1977 and 1982 reprints.
