Published in conjunction with the Dutch Youth Council, Wessel’s images span 1982-1995. Wessels shot in and around the palace in Amsterdam and caught everybody from punks and early hip hop people to gabbers, jazz dancers, rockabillies, cross dressers and raggamuffins. Great!
