Excellent and short lived underground film journal, presumably taking it’s name from Anger’s Lucifer Rising. Aside of a brilliant directory of underground film makers and independent screenings in the UK, the paper features Kenneth Anger, Pasolini, Godard, Claude Chabrol, notes from The Factory and pretty much the best of what is now classic art house cinema.
